These terms are the agreement between you and GameChangeAI LLC, a California limited liability company, covering your use of Clonemade and anything we publish on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What Clonemade is
Clonemade is a tool and a set of coaching materials that help you write a document describing yourself, which you can then paste into an artificial intelligence service of your choosing. We provide the method and the materials. We do not provide the AI itself.
What Clonemade is not
Clonemade is educational and coaching material. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or tax advice. If you need any of those, work with a licensed professional in that field.
Nothing on this site guarantees an income, a business result, a job outcome, or any specific improvement in your life. What you get out of this depends on the work you put in and on circumstances outside our control. We will not sell you false hope and we will not promise results we cannot control.
Third party AI services
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and every other AI service are operated by other companies. We are not affiliated with them, we do not control them, and we are not responsible for what they output, how they price their service, how they change, or how they handle what you paste into them. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, not ours. AI can be confidently wrong. Check anything that matters before you act on it.
Your account and your conduct
You agree to give accurate information, to use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with the site or attempt to access it in ways we have not authorized. You agree not to use Clonemade to create material that harasses, defames, deceives, or impersonates any person.
Your content
Your clone document and the answers in it belong to you. You keep all rights to them. When you submit a clone request to us, you give us a limited permission to store and transmit them for that purpose and for supporting you. Nothing more. We do not claim ownership of your words and we do not use your personal content to promote ourselves without asking you first.
Our content
The Clonemade name, the site, the clone method, the question sets, The Connection Code, the written materials, and the underlying coaching frameworks are owned by GameChangeAI LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use them for yourself. You may not copy them, resell them, repackage them, train a competing product on them, or teach them as your own. If you want to use them commercially, write to us and ask.
Monthly membership
The self-service membership is $7.99 USD per month when checkout is available. It renews automatically each month until canceled. You explicitly authorize recurring charges before continuing to Stripe and review the final total there. Creating an account does not start a subscription. The starter clone remains free.
The membership provides a 12-month guided program: one task pack unlocks each membership month, with three prompts, a short lesson and a practice checklist. The program includes quarterly self-guided clone reviews. After month 12, all twelve packs remain available while your subscription is active. Additional packs beyond that program are not promised. Resources are delivered in your member library, not by email. A new subscription starts the monthly sequence again.
Bring your own AI account. AI usage, individual coaching, assessments and live classes are not included. Those services, if offered, have a separately agreed scope and price.
Cancellation and billing support
Use Manage billing or cancel in your member account to cancel through Stripe before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. An unpaid or expired subscription does not provide paid access. If you cannot access billing management, contact sam@gamechangeai.com for help.
Cancellation does not itself issue a refund. Contact us about a mistaken charge or a refund request; applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
The clone request form saves your request and does not send a message. Member account confirmation and password recovery are handled separately through Netlify Identity. Stripe handles billing messages according to the account configuration.
Submitting a clone request is not a paid subscription. Optional marketing messages, if offered, will have an unsubscribe option. Transactional account, security and billing messages are separate.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Clonemade. If we discontinue something you have paid for, we will deal with it fairly.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, GameChangeAI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of Clonemade. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a third party brings a claim against us arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change and continued use of the site after that means you accept the update. Material changes go out by email to anyone on the list.
